Heart holds enormous force that moves the mountains, and yet it is ever gentle if we approach it intentionally to learn surrender and allow transmutation of self. Join me on 1/11, for a 5hr in-person workshop “Space Beyond Us”, in #losangeles , where I will facilitate deep and intense work of art, in which invoking emotions to rebuild your nervous system in a new way comes liberating and freeing, in which your mind learns that you are in control while heart blossoms and experiences being touched by unknown yet simple waves of aliveness. Using your body as a source, we will bring 5senses from body reality to your inner world of wonder and possibilities, through meditation, music, movement, expression and more. Here you will experience new way of relating to your own self and finding curiosity to explore deeper parts safely. This workshop is a collection of interwoven body/mind/spirit practices, that range from art, silence, meditation, deep trauma somatic healing modalities, experiencing purity of the body and energies that show up in the time of Now. There are some requisites to prepare for, and practices that you will bring home to continue transmuting emotions into powerful sources on your own. In “Space Byond Us” we will embrace the Now, acknowledge what it was, welcoming anew.
