Intense, interactive and immersive start of a New Year, with symbolic numerology of #1, with deep intention to kick off this important year with inner powers in a healthy and powerful way.
This is an intense and intensive group work of invoking creative powers deeply within our somatic body, and finding the creative outlet for their expression.
This 5 hour group workshop is created in two sections with short intermission break in between:
Part 1 - Understanding/Lecture/Clarity/Demo
Part 2 - Practice/Embodiment/Expression/Integration
This workshop is designed to invoke energetic and emotional powers using 5 senses of our somatic reality, in which we stimulate the nervous system, we learn new ways to interact with it and transmute same energies into creative outlets.
Important to know: We will be using bottom up approach of body/mind techniques, in which we tap into the states of anger, sadness and/or fears that live in our bodies, and move themTOWARDS the elevated energies that are Beyond Our Understanding and that live Beyond Us. Such can be wonder, confusion, curiosity, interest, and surprise.
This is a very intentional time for you to detach from the "normal" day to day world, and enter your own Universe. It is a SAFE space to SLOW down and CONNECT to your Inner Wisdom.
